Maintenance Technician 2

Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining bakery production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on bakery production equipment - Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents - Maintain HVAC and facility systems as needed - Complete maintenance documentation and work orders - Follow all GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards - Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to support operational goals Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required - Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience preferred - Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills - Experience with industrial controls and electrical systems preferred - Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs. - Must be available to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Benefits - Weekly pay - 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours worked - 401(k) with company match - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Employee referral bonus - Advancement opportunities TDP Bakery is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from qualified individuals regardless of race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or any other category protected by law.
