Key Responsibilities Demonstrated mastery of AR Associate – Collections Proficiency in E2E (email to email) and V2V (voice to voice) collection. Handle complex invoicing situations and resolve payment discrepancies. Support month-end close activities and reporting as required. Mentor junior associates in AR and collections processes. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Escalates effectively and drives issues to close. Required Skills Advanced ERP knowledge. Strong problem-solving and escalation management.
