We are committed to quality, performance, and building strong teams while proudly living by our Core Values: Customer Focus, Passion for Performance, and Right People – Best Teams. **Position Summary** We are looking for All Shift - **W** **eekend Punch** **Press Operators C or Entry Level Machine Operators** to join our growing team in **New Hope, MN.** **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Ability to manage multiple machines including automatic machines. - Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors. - Cleans lubricates, and has the ability to do maintenance on machines. - Maintains inventory accuracy. - Positions workpiece against fixtures or stops on the machine bed or on the die. - Operates forklifts. - Ability to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions. **Qualifications** - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1 year of varied manufacturing experience - Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team - Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission - Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems **Lake Air Products Offers:** - Competitive Pay - Full Benefits - 401(k) Employer Match - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay - Gym Reimbursement - Tuition Reimbursement **Apply Today!** Join a company where your hard work, dedication, and growth matter.
