About the Role: The VP, Management Supervisor is a client leadership role responsible for the overall health, growth, and performance of a broad client relationship. This individual owns the strategic direction and financials for their business, oversees multiple account team members, and serves as the primary agency leader in the eyes of client stakeholders, and marketing leadership. This leader operates at the intersection of client partnership, department leadership, and commercial ownership—setting the vision for how the business grows, ensuring integrated excellence across strategy, creative, medical, analytics, and project management disciplines, and building the next generation of account leadership talent.
