We are looking for an LPN -Director of Nursing (Health & Wellness Director). Come join our team!** **The qualified candidate must have an LPN license with prior leadership experience in an assisted living/memory care setting.** **The Director of Nursing/Health and Wellness Director manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional personalized care. You will consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates and build resident and family satisfaction.
