Iris Telehealth is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care while supporting our clinicians with the tools, community, and work-life balance they need to thrive.We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (**LSCSW**) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas-based partners.**What You'll Do** As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: - Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. - Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI - Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more. **More About the Role** - **Setting:** 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based out of Kansas - **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk, with 3 days being after 5pm CST required - **Appointments:** 60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30-60 minutes for follow-up appointments - **Administrative time:** 1-2 hours per week - **Caseload:** 6-8 clients scheduled per day **Why Iris Telehealth?** - **Mission-Driven Work:** At Iris Telehealth, our mission is at the heart of everything we do: increasing access to high-quality mental health care.
