Your impact We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our Expert Network at Correlation One as GenAI Lead Instructors. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions and workshops on GenAI to various audiences, including businesses, professionals, and technical enthusiasts. As a GenAI Lead Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and empowering individuals to understand, utilize, and leverage GenAI technologies effectively. We are currently adding to our bench of talent, for programs that will run throughout the year. The timeline and length of the contract will vary depending on program and client needs. The time commitment for Lead Instructors is typically 3-5 hours per week and programs run anywhere from 5-10 weeks, depending on the program and client. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal Correlation One team to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and resources. Act as a subject matter expert on GenAI, contributing insights and expertise to internal discussions, projects, and initiatives. Stay current on new AI models, tools for building AI assistants and agents, and methods for connecting AI to enterprise use cases. Participate in internal dry runs and client orientation calls ahead of delivery to align on session goals, audience, and content before leading sessions. Lead live sessions and hands-on workshops for Correlation One’s clients, including applied cohorts where participants map and redesign real workflows and build AI assistants and agents. Provide guidance and support to workshop/program participants, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Teach responsible AI use — how to verify output, recognize where AI is and isn't reliable, handle sensitive data appropriately, and stay accountable for the final work. Your expertise Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and agents. Experience applying AI to real business workflows with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms. Extensive experience building custom AI assistants and agents, connecting them to business data and sources, using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Extensive experience in applying GenAI to business use cases and using it in professional settings. Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or training, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences, including business executives, non-technical professionals, and decision-makers. Passion for education, learning, and technology, with a desire to empower others through knowledge sharing and skill development. Where you are This role is remote.
