The ideal candidates for these positions must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay and grow with a company on the rise!** **Responsibilities:** - **A Commercial Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing, offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, emptying trash and public areas.** - **Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.** - **Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and towels.** - **Strip, seal finish and polish floors** - **Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.** Compensation: $17.00 per hour K.Payne Contracting, LLC has been in business since November, 2016, growing from a one woman operation into a large team of professionals.
