As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader and a key member of the store leadership team. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.
