This is an Individual Contributor position within the Professional Services team. The role focuses on: Onboarding new reconciliations **About the Role** This is an Individual Contributor position within the Professional Services team. The role focuses on: - Onboarding new reconciliations - Maintaining existing reconciliations - Implementing client-driven changes - Installing and upgrading platforms using the IntelliMatch tool **Responsibilities** - Onboard new reconciliations and maintain existing ones, adhering to project standards - Support UAT testing and conduct regression testing to deliver defect-free changes ensuring platform stability - Install and upgrade reconciliation applications and related products on client platforms - Design and implement new changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, change delivery teams, and clients - Provide analytical and subject matter expertise for broader strategic initiatives - Work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, drive automation, and improve process efficiency **Qualifications** - candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in IntelliMatch.
