About the Role As Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging , you will own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property relationships — serving as the day-to-day point of contact responsible for partner health, revenue growth, and the durable commercial performance of your book. Reporting to the EVP, Supply & Strategy, you will own the operating rhythm of your lodging accounts: deepening rate and content coverage, growing consumed net direct revenue, running the partner cadence, and ensuring partners are activated and performing against plan. This is a relationship-management and growth role — your mandate is to grow the value of the partnerships already in your book, not to source net-new supply. This is a hands-on relationship management and commercial execution role. It requires strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to translate partnership goals into delivered outcomes. Depending on level and book, you will engage directly with senior hotel chain and PMG executives. We're looking for someone who can be a credible, trusted partner externally while driving disciplined execution internally. What You'll Do Own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and day-to-day point of contact Grow revenue across your book by deepening partner engagement and expanding the value and reach of each relationship on the Engine platform Run the partner cadence — QBRs, performance reviews, check-ins, and escalation processes — and hold partners accountable to activation and growth commitments Monitor partner performance against key metrics and proactively identify and address underperformance Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to resolve partner issues and support activation Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and surface them with clear, data-backed recommendations Support leadership in commercial discussions and renewals by preparing materials, tracking terms, and managing follow-through Maintain accurate partner records, rate and contract documentation, and pipeline tracking Track industry trends across lodging distribution, hotel technology, and connectivity to inform partner conversations What We're Looking For 4+ years (PSM) or 6+ years (Sr. PSM) of experience in partnerships, account management, or a relationship-driven commercial role — ideally with a foundation in consulting, investment banking, or…
