WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you will: - Build relationships with new and existing clients. - Help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs. - Generate new business through referrals, networking, agency leads, and outbound outreach. - Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products. - Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale. - Work toward individual and team sales goals. - Manage client relationships using our CRM system. - Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or other client-facing experience preferred. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Comfortable talking with new people and building lasting relationships. - Coachable and eager to learn. - Organized with strong time management skills. - Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one with our support. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
