Summary/Function: D.A Davidson & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Institutional Sales Assistant to support our Fixed Income Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and has strong organizational and administration skills. The Sales Assistant will play a critical role in onboarding institutional clients, resolving trade and compliance issues, and ensuring smooth operations support across Sales, Trading, and Underwriting desks.
