What You'll Do As a BCBA, you'll play a key role in supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities while partnering with families and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities may include: • Conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans • Providing caregiver training and ongoing family support • Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Collaborating with families, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams • Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data • Maintaining timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation • Staying current with best practices and advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis What You Bring We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, ethical care. Qualifications include: • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills • A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care • Ability to work in a hybrid role with required in-person attendance at our Ontario, OH clinic 1–2 days per week • Reliable transportation • Ability to obtain or maintain CPR certification • Ability to successfully complete a background check as required by funding sources • Ability to meet the physical demands of working directly with children, including lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and engaging in active play Why SparkJoy ABA?
