We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed IT & Operations Specialist to be the backbone of how our internal systems run, starting with Salesforce, extending across our core IT stack, and touching nearly every function in the firm along the way. This is a hybrid IT/ops role built for someone early in their career who wants outsized exposure. You'll administer our Salesforce CRM, support the systems that power our AI-driven workflows, and work directly with Business Development, Talent, and senior leadership, including our VP of Operations and the Chief of Staff to our CEO. You won't be buried in a back-office function. You'll be in the room, on the calls, and in the data that drives real decisions.
