HR Generalist (Career Growth Opportunity)

We are committed to developing our people and providing opportunities for growth within our organization. ### What You'll Do - Maintain employee records and process employee status changes within ADP Workforce Now - Support onboarding, new hire administration, and personnel file maintenance - Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, changes, and reconciliations - Coordinate workers' compensation and unemployment claim administration - Track performance reviews and follow up with managers to ensure timely completion - Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation - Prepare reports and analyze HR data using Excel and ADP - Maintain organizational charts and HR documentation - Conduct exit interviews and compile employee feedback trends - Assist with HR communications, employee programs, and special projects - Partner with managers to provide practical HR support and guidance - Perform other duties as assigned ### What We're Looking For - 2-4 years of Human Resources experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred - Experience using an HRIS system; ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Interest in developing employee relations, compliance, and business partnership skills - Local to the Fort Wayne area and able to work onsite Monday through Friday ### What We Offer - Corporate schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Paid vacation, holidays, birthday, sick, and personal time - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Company-paid life insurance - 401(k) with company contribution - Stable, growing organization with opportunities for professional development and advancement If you're looking for a role where you can build your HR knowledge, gain meaningful experience, and grow your career, we'd like to hear from you.
