# HR Administrator **Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Working Hours:** 9am to 6pm SA Time ## About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **HR Administrator** to support the day-to-day human resources and recruitment functions within a growing healthcare organization. This role plays a vital part in attracting top talent, ensuring compliance throughout the employee lifecycle, coordinating training initiatives, and supporting HR administration across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ## Key Responsibilities ### Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage the day-to-day recruitment process across multiple vacancies. - Proactively source, identify, and pipeline qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process. - Ensure all pre-employment documentation is complete and compliant before employees commence work. - Liaise with international candidates regarding visa, work permit, and relocation requirements. - Coordinate with relevant government departments and regulatory bodies to ensure all employment and residency documentation is in place. - Arrange adaptation or professional registration programs for internationally recruited healthcare professionals where required. - Coordinate accommodation arrangements with landlords and letting agents for relocating employees. ### Training & Compliance - Maintain and audit the company Training Matrix in collaboration with operational managers. - Coordinate mandatory and ongoing staff training across the organization. - Manage relationships with approved external training providers. - Ensure employee training records remain accurate, current, and compliant with regulatory standards. ### HR Administration - Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files. - Audit onboarding and offboarding documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Support the administration of employee inductions, probation reviews, and performance management processes. - Assist with employee relations matters by documenting meetings and preparing correspondence as required. - Take minutes during disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations meetings. - Ensure HR documentation is maintained confidentially and in accordance with company policies and employment legislation. - Provide general HR administrative support to management and employees. ## Requirements - Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or Recruitment Administrator role. - Experience supporting recruitment and employee onboarding processes. - Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance practices. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. - Strong planning, problem-solving, and administrative skills. ## Preferred Experience - Experience within the healthcare, aged care, or medical sector. - Exposure to international recruitment and visa/work permit administration. - Knowledge of employee relations processes and employment legislation. - Experience coordinating staff training and maintaining compliance records. ## What You'll Bring - A proactive and solution-focused approach. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - A commitment to de…
