Homecare Experienced PT

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Livonia, MI. Must have Kinnser experience. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement customized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. ## Responsibilities - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in a homecare setting. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes. - Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety, and health maintenance. ## Requirements - Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan. - Previous experience in homecare physical therapy preferred. - Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. - Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Southeast Mi Regional area. ## Benefits - Competitive hourly wage of $70.00 - $80.00 per visit - Paid bi-weekly. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. ## About the Company University Home Care Inc is committed to providing exceptional home health services that empower patients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
