### Job Title: MEPF Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – MEPF **Location:** Kolkata **CTC:** Up to ₹10 LPA **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) **Experience:** 5–10 Years in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, or Real Estate Projects ### Job Summary We are looking for an experienced MEPF professional to manage the planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of Electrical, PHE, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Fire Detection systems for high-rise construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in electrical systems, quantity surveying, contractor management, and project execution. ### Key Responsibilities - Review and interpret Electrical drawings, including SLDs, HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and distribution systems. - Review MEPF drawings (PHE, HVAC, Fire Protection & Fire Detection) and resolve design/coordination issues. - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, material estimates, and verify contractor RA bills. - Plan, monitor, and execute MEPF works as per project schedules, quality, and safety standards. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams for seamless execution. - Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. - Track contractor progress and ensure timely procurement of MEPF materials. - Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with NBC, electrical, and fire safety standards. - Supervise testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and project handover activities. ### ### Requirements - Electrical Systems, SLD, HT/LT Panels, DG Sets - MEPF Coordination & Execution - Quantity Surveying & BOQ Preparation - HVAC, PHE, Fire Protection & Fire Detection Systems - Contractor & Vendor Management - Testing, Commissioning & Project Handover **Preferred Industry:** Real Estate, Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise Construction Projects.
