HGV Class 2 Driver

We are looking for an experienced **HGV Class 2 Driver** to join our **Quarrington** team, operating **skip and RoRo vehicles** across the local area. This is a hands-on role for a driver who takes pride in safe driving, good customer service, and keeping their vehicle to a high standard. ### What you’ll be doing - Operating **HGV Class 2 skip and RoRo vehicles** safely and efficiently - Delivering, exchanging and collecting containers across commercial and industrial sites - Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects promptly (DVSA compliance) - Using tablet-based systems to maintain accurate digital records and waste transfer notes - Working safely at all times and following site, transport and road regulations - Providing a professional and helpful service to customers on site - Supporting the wider transport and depot team at our Quarrington site ### What we’re looking for - Valid **HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence** - Valid **Driver CPC** and **digital tachograph card** - Proven experience in **skip or RoRo operations** within the waste sector - Strong understanding of driver compliance, vehicle safety and waste duty of care - A reliable, professional approach with strong safety standards - Good communication skills and a practical, customer-focused attitude - Flexibility to support operational needs, including a 6am start and occasional Saturday work ### What you’ll get - **£14.50 per hour** - **Overtime paid at £21.75** - **Paid breaks** - Full **PPE and uniform provided** - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Company pension - Death in service benefit after 6 months - Stable, full-time work with an established business ### Why join Panda?
