Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime. Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest’s experience truly exceptional. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. - Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily. - Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner. - Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms. **What We’re Looking For** - Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests. - No experience necessary.
