Job Overview The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Agent supports CleanSpark’s enterprise security operations through real-time monitoring, incident detection, and coordinated response across corporate and operational environments. Operating within a 24/7 control center, this role maintains situational awareness, monitors enterprise security technologies, coordinates response activities, and ensures timely escalation of security events to help protect CleanSpark’s people, assets, and operations. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to maintain proficiency with evolving security technologies and operational tools. This position operates on assigned shifts within a 24/7 environment and requires participation in pre-shift and post-shift briefings to support operational continuity.
