Group Exercise Instructor

**In search of** Part-time Group Exercise Instructors who can teach a variety of classes targeting adults at the Louisville Area YMCA - Various morning, afternoon, and evening classes **Starting rate** $11.00 - $16.00 **Qualifications** - Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide - Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency - Able to teach multiple formats(gentle yoga, dance, etc) targeting older adults preferred **Responsibilities include but not limited to** - Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm - Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants - Serve as a good role model - Communicate with team members - Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
