ROLE OVERVIEW As Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and team leads within a fulfillment center. You will ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations while meeting performance and quality targets. This role is designed for motivated graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop leadership skills and gain experience in logistics and warehouse management. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, optimize processes, and directly impact Rohlik’s customer experience. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU / THE POSITION TO PERFORM - Owns operational performance of an assigned warehouse area. - Leads a team of associates and team leaders to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets. - Monitors and manages workflows, staffing, and shift planning to ensure timely order processing. - Supervises compliance with safety standards and conducts workplace audits. - Analyzes operational metrics and identifies areas for improvement. - Supports a culture of inclusion, engagement, and performance excellence. - Collaborates with central teams (Operational Excellence, Automation, HR, IT, Maintenance) to resolve challenges and optimize workflows. - Provides input to coaching and development plans for team members. - Troubleshoots operational issues, identifies root causes, and proposes sustainable solutions. What we look for / what we require REQUIRED - High school leaving exam or higher education. - 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields. - Proficiency in English. - Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments. - Eagerness to develop leadership and operational management skills. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. PREFERRED - University degree in logistics, business, or a related field. - Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or supply chain operations. - Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory processes. - Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
