Position Responsibilities - Follow and implement daily lesson plans provided by the school. - Lead engaging classroom activities that promote learning through play and hands-on experiences. - Teach preschool-aged children early literacy, math, science, social studies, and social-emotional skills. - Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment. - Encourage curiosity, confidence, creativity, and a love of learning. - Communicate professionally with families and fellow team members. - Maintain classroom organization and uphold all licensing and school policies.
