We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of our NYC workplace and create an environment that is welcoming, engaging, highly functional and reflective of Teads culture. This is a broad, hands-on role responsible for the overall management of the NYC office, spanning facilities, workplace operations, employee experience, events, executive support, vendor management, and office administration. You’ll be the heartbeat of the NYC office, partnering closely with the People team, local and executive leadership, IT, facilities, finance, building management, and external vendors to ensure the office operates seamlessly day to day. About the Role Core Mission: Own the overall NYC workplace experience, ensuring our office is well-run, engaging, professional, and equipped to support our employees, executives, clients and business. Scope of Ownership: Lead the day-to-day office and facilities management, employee experience, events and meetings, executive office support, vendors, budgets and local workplace administration. What You’ll Do Office & Facilities Management Own the day-to-day management and overall operations of the NYC office, serving as the primary point of contact for all workplace and facilities-related needs. Ensure the office is consistently functional, organized, well-maintained, fully stocked, safe and ready to support employees and visitors. Manage relationships with building management, property teams, cleaning services, security, catering, office suppliers and other external vendors. Oversee general facilities maintenance and coordinate with appropriate internal or external partners when necessary. Oversee conference rooms, shared spaces, kitchens, common areas, storage areas and other office facilities to ensure they remain functional and professional. Coordinate office access, badges, keys, security procedures, visitor access, and building requirements. Support workplace safety, emergency procedures, evacuation planning, and other office compliance requirements. Manage seating plans, workspace assignments, office moves, furniture needs, and space planning as the organization evolves. Lead office improvement projects, furniture installations, repairs, vendor projects, and other workplace enhancements from planning through completion. Serve as the first point of escalation for urgent office or facilities issues and ensure they are resolved quickly and effectively. Employee Experience & Culture Create a welcoming, engaging office environment where employees feel connected and excited to come to work. Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, team experiences, cultural moments, and engagement initiatives throughout the year.
