As an Intern, you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Specifically, you will greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service. You will check guests out of the hotel and resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel . Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
