Position Summary To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision , we are seeking a strategic, proactive, highly organized and motivated individual to manage the internal systems, data, communications, and event logistics that enable our Americas team and network of 12+ partner organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean to work together efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Head of Region – Americas (HoR) and working closely with the broader regional team, this role will own day-to-day regional operations, strengthen communications and knowledge management, and coordinate the systems, processes, and experiences that enable partners to fully access and leverage Teach For All’s network resources and opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategy and operations experience, exceptional organisational and project management skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones. They will be equally comfortable managing complex operational details and synthesising information to help the regional team make informed decisions. About the Team The Americas Regional team manages the network’s engagement with partner CEOs and partner staff across Latin America and the Caribbean, serving as an overall strategic resource to them as they leverage the network to continuously build capacity locally and accelerate the impact of their programs. Partner Engagement and Connectivity. Our regional partners should be learning from and supporting each other and the wider network. This will be measured through our annual partner survey and continuous evaluations of each partner's plans and reflections on our partnership strength. Developing Regional Presence Goals . Our network’s staff members, teachers, alumni, and students should be contributing to the regional discussion about improving education. Moreover, there should be growing visibility and funding partnerships for our network. Ensure robust operational and knowledge management systems that enable seamless regional team collaboration, data accuracy, and effective partner support across the Americas. Responsibilities Regional Operations and Systems Global Team Liaison : Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal global teams and the Americas region, ensuring effective information flow, coordination, and follow-through across teams. Organization-Wide Process Coordination : Support the management and tracking of organisation-wide processes, such as end-of-year reflections, goal-setting, culture surveys, and annual planning. Help standardise and document processes to ensure continuity and consistency. Strategic Priority Tracking : Support the team in tracking and synthesizing regional priorities to inform leadership decision-making. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Build and maintain effective systems for regional documentation, shared folders, knowledge management, and access to key information. Data & Knowledge Management: Partner Data Collection Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner data collection processes, including the Global Data System (GDS), Network Survey, and Network Standards survey. Salesforce Database Management: Update, manage, and maintain internal Salesforce databases for Americas partners. Data & Trend Analysis: Analyse regional data, identify and communicate relevant trends, and work with the regional team to translate data into insights that inform strategy and partner support.
