**Founding Partner – Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)** *WSD Site Engineering LLC | Orlando, Florida | Equity Position* * * * **About the Opportunity** White's Site Development, a growing Central Florida site contractor, is launching WSD Site Engineering LLC and seeking one licensed Florida PE to join as a founding equity partner — 20% minority shareholder, qualifying agent, and COA holder. This is a built-in-pipeline partnership, not a ground-up startup. * * * **What You Receive** - **20% equity stake** in WSD Site Engineering - **Competitive draw** beginning Day 1 - **Year 1 profit distribution** projected ~$60,000 (above salary) - **Year 3 distribution** projected ~$216,000 - 2–3 active projects at launch via WSD's existing client relationships - Shared office, Civil 3D/AutoCAD/BIM 360, and admin support - No business development, invoicing, or field crew responsibilities * * * **Your Role** Hold the Florida Certificate of Authorization and serve as qualifying PE.
