Position Summary: The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly, accurately, and in perfect condition. This position bridges the kitchen and dining room, maintaining clear communication between chefs and servers while delivering dishes with care and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards before delivery. Assist servers in maintaining guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing support. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure order accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service and expo areas. Remove empty plates, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Support other team members during peak service hours. Qualifications: Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate). Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. A friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Schedule & Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
