Food QC/QA Coordinator | Full-time

Nationa**l** Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of **Food Quality Coordinators** to work at our location in **Des Plaines, IL 60018.*****The candidate is responsible for verifying all airline catering items, equipment, and documentation are accurate, complete, and prepared before flight departure.*****Job Responsibilities** - Check meals, beverages, equipment, and supplies against flight specifications. - Verify special meals, class setup, and catering quantities. - Inspect carts for cleanliness, labeling, and security seals. - Ensure flights are finalized accurately and released on time. - Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors. - Support aircraft swaps and last-minute operational changes. - Follow food safety, security, and company procedures. **Schedule:** Saturdays & Sunday + 3 days during the week. From 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (2 days off in during the week). **Pay rate:** $17.50 per hour.
