Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating food and beverage service in hotel outlets and banquet operations. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional guest service, adherence to operational standards, and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. ### ### Key Responsibilities - Supervise restaurant, lounge, and banquet service staff - Manage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functions - Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating team members - Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and appearance guidelines are maintained - Handle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction - Support administrative duties, shift reports, and departmental meetings - Enforce cash handling and closing procedures - Maintain high visibility during service periods ### Qualifications - Previous supervisory experience in a hotel food & beverage setting - Outlet and banquet experience preferred - Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays - Ability to stand, walk, lift (35–50 lbs), and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environment - Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills - Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and use point-of-sale systems ### Benefits - Compensation: $22.00 - $22.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Voluntary life insurance - Optional supplemental insurance plans - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid personal and vacation time - Hotel team member travel discounts - Career growth and advancement opportunities - Free parking ### About Us The Verve Hotel Boston Natick is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
