This position supports analysis of monthly compensation model administration and accruals, budget assistance, benchmarking and modeling, fair market value & survey reporting, quality performance incentive administration, as well as special projects. The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics: organization, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, flexibility, detail orientation, independence, reliability, self-driven, intrinsically motivated, a questioning attitude. **Education:** - Bachelor’s degree required - Preferred field of study in accounting, finance or closely related discipline **Experience:** - 3 years of experience in accounting/finance required *We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $69,742.4 – $116,251.2.
