About Lumafield: Lumafield was founded in 2019 to upgrade manufacturing. We started with industrial CT scanning, which for us was the most valuable but underutilized tool in the manufacturing toolbox, enabling us to rapidly inspect essential components non-destructively. We rebuilt the whole system, from X-ray capture, to computer vision analysis, to web-based collaboration, to the entire business model, making the most advanced manufacturing tech more accessible to every industry. And then we'll upgrade it all again. Lumafield is headquartered in San Francisco, CA. and has an office in Cambridge, MA. About the role: Lumafield is looking for a Field & Events Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of the events where customers, prospects, industry leaders, and the media experience Lumafield firsthand. You will lead our presence at major industry trade shows, managing everything from strategy and creative development through buildout, staffing, and onsite execution. But this is not solely a trade-show logistics role. You will also help us create events that build Lumafield’s reputation, establish our executives and customers as industry thought leaders, generate media and content opportunities, deepen relationships with important accounts, and make the manufacturing community excited about what we are building. Your portfolio may include major trade shows, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, partner programs, product launches, media events, dinners, office open houses, factory visits, and entirely new formats that we have not tried before. This role is based at Lumafield’s San Francisco headquarters, reports to the Head of Marketing, and works closely with every part of the marketing organization as well as Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and company leadership.
