This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, community-centered healthcare. ### Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions - Conduct preventive care visits and routine wellness exams - Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model - Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging - Develop and manage treatment plans and medication regimens - Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR - Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives - Support continuity of care and positive patient experiences ### ### Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school - Board certification in Family Medicine - Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license - Eligible for hospital privileges - Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
