We are committed to doing "whatever it takes" to help children and families succeed by building on their strengths, creating positive change, and strengthening communities. **Position Description** We are seeking a Family Finding Coordinator / FGDM Coordinator who is passionate about helping children build lifelong connections with supportive family members and caregivers. In this role, you'll coordinate Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) meetings, engage families and community partners, and help create safe, lasting plans that support children and their families. **What You'll Do** - Identify, locate, and engage relatives, kin, and other supportive adults for children and families. - Coordinate and facilitate Family Finding and Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) meetings. - Collaborate with families, caregivers, foster parents, attorneys, and community partners to develop child-centered plans. - Assess family strengths and needs while providing education, support, and community resources. - Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, travel, and meeting arrangements. - Transport clients using your personal vehicle, as needed. **Minimum Requirements** - Bachelor's Required. - Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. - Ability to pass all required background clearances. - Ability to pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug screening. **Benefits** - Medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits. - 401(k) with company match. - Company-paid life insurance. - Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance. - Tuition reimbursement. - Paid holidays and generous Paid Time Off (PTO). - Employee referral bonus program. - Clearance reimbursement and renewal assistance.
