We’re hiring a IT Systems Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The IT Systems Administrator serves as a technical escalation point for complex issues originating from the IT Support organization and other internal technology teams. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure professional who can navigate EquipmentShare's diverse technology stack, troubleshoot across multiple platforms, and independently drive issues to resolution.This position requires someone who is comfortable working across endpoint management, identity and access management, cloud platforms, operating systems, and networking while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues from the IT Support team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and cloud-related issues. Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf. Support identity and access management through Okta, Google Workspace, and related authentication technologies. Assist with provisioning, deprovisioning, and troubleshooting user accounts, devices, and permissions while following IAM best practices. Support cloud-based infrastructure and services across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other enterprise cloud environments. Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating system issues across both end-user and server environments. Assist with networking troubleshooting involving DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues. Work closely with Engineering, Security, Networking, and IT Support teams to resolve cross-functional incidents. Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and improve operational workflows. Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, system upgrades, and technology rollouts. Maintain security best practices and assist with compliance initiatives where applicable. Participate in an on-call rotation or after-hours support as required. Why EquipmentShare?
