This position promotes family participation, strengthens protective factors, and helps families access services using a welcoming, strengths-based approach. **Position Locations**: Bath Main Office, Hornell, Elmira, Montour Falls, and Corning, NY **** **Ideal Skills** - The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. - Work independently and problem-solve - Strong computer skills in MS Office and data/reporting skills ## Requirements Associate’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field or equivalent with experience in a related field of work. The ideal candidate must have a driver’s license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
