If you have the ability to demystify complex topics and wish to contribute significantly to professional training and coaching innovation, please connect with us. ## Tasks * Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on AI topics, ensuring they align with Bots & People’s social blended learning approach. * Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content and stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields. * Assess and provide feedback on participants’ progress, offering personalized guidance to enhance their understanding and skills in AI technologies. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by gathering participant feedback and implementing innovative teaching methods. ## Requirements * 3+ years of experience in training executive in Digital Skills - ideally generative AI * Professional experience in enterprise IT or Digital Transformation * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. * Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with availability for live workshops and sessions — mostly online, but also potentially onsite. * Experience using digital design and collaboration tools like Sana (LMS), Miro, Canva, Teams, Menti, Kahoot!, etc. ## Benefits * Attractive compensation. * A highly dynamic trainer community to connect with likeminded facilitator and AI Experts.
