Experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

We currently have an opening for a **Paralegal**. We are looking for an experienced paralegal who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, high follow-through, and has a through understanding of how the legal process works. Our paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney, so you get a great opportunity to become your attorney's right hand. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft pleadings and discovery documents - Manage case files, including electronic discovery review and production - Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews - Conduct legal and factual research - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel - Perform other duties as assigned ### **Qualifications:** - **5+ years** of **plaintiff** litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus. - Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).
