This position will work under the supervision of a crew leader or foreman and provide assistance to the mechanic he/she is assigned to work with. This position will require oversight and guidance. **Job Responsibilities:** - Install, maintain, and repair systems in commercial buildings including raceways and cable tray systems. - Perform electrical system inspections and diagnose issues. - Design and implement electrical system layouts and configurations. - Install and connect electrical components, such as ductwork, roof curbs, refrigeration lines, flex lines, and diffusers. - Test electrical systems for proper functioning and efficiency - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. - Willing to learn new programs and skill sets. - Excellent listening and memory retention. - The requirements are not all inclusive and duties may be adjusted based on the project to be completed. **Working Conditions:** - Must be able to remain calm in high stress situations. - Ability to perform repetitive work. - Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, in addition to the ability to stoop, climb, crawl in tight spaces and lift items not to exceed 50 pounds. - Capable of working regular and occasional after business hours. **Education/Experience:** - Preferred high school diploma, GED, or previous position experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical Installer or similar role - Proficiency in electrical systems and equipment installation - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints - Ability to perform equipment repairs. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues. - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
