Apply today!** **Description:** The Educational Account Food Service Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operation of the school's food service program, including snack services for early childhood and school-age students, lunch programs, and summer camp food service operations. This position ensures that all meals and snacks are nutritious, appealing, safe, and served in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The manager is responsible for menu planning, food purchasing, inventory management, managing budgeted food and labor cost, staffing, training, food safety, as well as fostering a positive dining and workplace experience for students, faculty and staff. **Who you are:** You are passionate about providing nutritious, high-quality meals and snacks that support children's health and learning. You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously. You are knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation. You have strong communication skills and work effectively with school administrators, teachers, parents, vendors, and staff. You are flexible and able to adapt to changing enrollment, program needs, and seasonal operations. You take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. **What you will bring:** A minimum of two years of leadership experience in food service, school nutrition, childcare food programs, institutional food service, or a related field. Experience supervising, training, and developing food service staff. Knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, inventory control, ordering, receiving, storage, and food safety practices. Experience managing budgets, controlling food and labor costs, and maintaining accurate records. Ability to create nutritious menus and accommodate special dietary needs and food allergies. Experience scheduling staff and managing workforce needs efficiently. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
