Responsibilities • Monitor orders, inventory, stockouts, backlog, cancellations, and fulfillment SLA daily. • Reconcile Shopify, ERP/WMS, 3PL, and carrier data and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain replenishment plans, stock alerts, aging, turns, and safety-stock reporting. • Close lost, damaged, returned, address-exception, and customer-escalation cases. Requirements • Based in Shenzhen with 2+ years in e-commerce fulfillment, inventory, or supply-chain operations. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivots, and basic data cleaning. • Familiarity with Shopify and at least one WMS, ERP, 3PL, or carrier system.
