We are looking for a DSCR Production Specialist to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a DSCR Production Specialist, you will originate and close DSCR loans only. **What you’ll be doing.** · Serve as the initial point of contact for real estate investors seeking DSCR financing · Conduct detailed consultations to understand borrower goals, property performance, and investment strategy · Explain DSCR loan programs, qualification criteria, prepayment structures, and business‑purpose lending rules · Collect and review loan applications, entity documentation, credit reports, and property‑related income data **What we are looking for** · 2+ years mortgage experience · Ability to meet and pass all state certifications, requirements, and tests · Knowledge of mortgage industry, DSCR, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, and related mortgage systems such as loan origination software · Self-motivation, entrepreneurship, and enthusiasm to lead a sales team Revolution Mortgage provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
