As a Driver License Center Supervisor, you will perform the following duties: - **Staff Leadership:** Guide employees through daily tasks and center operations - **Test Oversight:** Ensure all knowledge, skills, and vision tests are administered consistently and accurately - **Customer Service:** Promote courteous and professional service to every individual entering the center - **Performance Monitoring:** Review employee productivity, test results, and customer feedback to improve operations - **Fraud Prevention:** Maintain oversight and audit controls to deter identity theft and ensure compliance with regulations - **Training Support:** Identify staff development needs and provide appropriate training opportunities Interested in learning more? Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:** - One year of experience as a Driver License Examiner (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); **or** - Two years of experience as a Driver License Examiner Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); **or** - Three years of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public. **Special Requirements:** - All positions require an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C Driver’s License or equivalent and twenty-one years of age at the time of application. - All positions require no suspensions or revocations of a driver’s license during the five year period immediately preceding employment. **Other Requirements:** - You must meet the [PA residency requirement](https://www.employment.pa.gov/Additional%20Info/Pages/default.aspx).
