Driver Crew Leader - Enhancements (50124)

**Juniper is Growing!** We are seeking Landscape **Enhancement Crew Leaders** for our teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. Juniper's Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders supervise a team of crew members installing landscape enhancement projects by ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind. Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper! **Responsibilities:** - Overseeing daily site operations for landscape enhancements projects - Maintaining production schedules and ensuring project deadlines are met - Assisting with training and development of crew members - Daily timekeeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members - Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner - Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained - Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties - Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned **Skills:** - Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge - Prior experience managing landscape projects and crew members preferred - Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred - Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight) - Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day - Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. **About Us** Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
