Join our Adult Day Health team as a Transportation Driver and help ensure older adults and individuals with disabilities arrive safely to and from our center. You'll play an important role in helping participants stay active, engaged, and connected to their community while working with a supportive and caring team. What You'll Do • Safely transport participants between their homes, the day center, appointments, and community activities. • Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting the vehicle. • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness. • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. • Support participants with activities, meals, and daily care needs as needed. • Provide compassionate assistance with mobility, hygiene, and bathroom needs. Qualifications • Must be at least 21 years old. • High School Diploma or GED-proof required. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience. • Experience driving passenger vans preferred but not required. • Ability to pass a background check. • Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent service.
