Mentor bathers and groomers-in-training. Help keep the schedule on track and the shop running smoothly. Maintain our cleanliness and safety standards. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** - 6+ months of professional grooming experience (non-negotiable) - Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments - Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods - A team player who communicates well with both dogs and humans - Someone who actually likes mentoring less-experienced team members - Reliable.
