Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for our retail operations, ensuring that we source high-quality products at competitive prices. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with distribution management and suppliers to forecast demand. Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet brand demands without excessive overstock. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distribution management, manufacturers, store design, and store operations teams to align procurement efforts with business strategy. Communicate procurement updates. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, and legal requirements. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management. Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
