Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients. 2. Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets. 3. Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. 4. Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives. 5. Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports. 6. Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals. 7. Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices. 8. Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products. 9.
